Features
Act quickly, keep a record, and be clear about what cannot be undone.
Every feature follows that idea. Here is all of it, grouped by the job it does.
01
Protect
Notice an attack, respond to it, recover from it, and practise before it happens.
Security engine
Detects raids, nukes, spam, floods, mass mentions, phishing links, impersonation, unapproved invites and webhook abuse. Threat scores combine several signals, and you choose alert-only, quarantine or automatic response.
Nuke Time Machine
Automatic snapshots, a chronological timeline of who did what, comparison with any snapshot, and a rollback you must preview first. It restores roles, channels and permissions, and is honest that deleted messages are gone.
Emergency panic
One command locks channels, pauses invites and alerts staff. A hashed PIN, trusted operators for when the owner is away, lockouts for wrong guesses, and a recovery mode so the bot does not fight your repairs.
Security drills
Test your settings with simulated raids, escalations and spam. Nothing happens on Discord, and you get a report of what would have been missed.
Security score
A score you can argue with: every point comes from a named check that shows what it found and how to fix it.
Shared bans
An opt-in network for ban reports, with evidence, credibility, appeals and expiry. A report never bans anyone by itself: each server sets its own policy, and overturned reports lift the bans they caused.
Verification and appeals
Button or math checks for new members, and an appeal process that banned users can reach from their DMs.
02
Run
The everyday work of moderation and support, with a record of every decision.
Moderation
Bans, temporary bans, timeouts, warnings with automatic escalation, evidence on cases, reversible decisions, purge tools, quarantine and a searchable history.
Approvals
Require a second person for any command. Proposals expire, nobody can approve their own, and voters need the permission the command needs.
Staff handover
A summary of open tickets, incidents, decisions and notes for the next shift, plus activity reports across your roster.
Tickets
Private channels with categories, priorities, SLA timers, automatic escalation, support hours, ratings, transcripts and workload analytics.
Assisted review
Rule filters decide what is worth a closer look. Only those messages get a contextual review, staff make every decision, and text in images is read on our own machine.
Automations
When something happens, do something. Triggers, conditions and up to five actions, built in the dashboard or with commands, with a full run history.
Archive
Off by default. When a server turns it on, kept messages, edits, deletions and attachments can be searched by person, channel and time, and erased on request.
03
Connect
Several servers, and the tools you already use.
Server networks
Linked servers, shared templates, previews, drift detection and history. Each server opts in to what it accepts, and sensitive changes need its own administrators.
Integrations and API
Send events to your own webhook, with the link stored encrypted. A read-only developer API gives each key access to its own server and nothing else.
Bot registry
Tokens encrypted at rest, deployment tracking, logs, per-bot storage and heartbeat monitoring. Clover never runs your bot code.
04
Keep
Your files and your configuration, recoverable.
Cloud storage
Folders, versions, restore points, search, previews, access controls, quotas, expiry, activity logs, duplicate detection and integrity checks. Personal and server storage are kept separate.
Backups
Scheduled server backups with checksums, and restore with an automatic safety copy first.
05
Community
The parts members actually see.
Hall of Fame and Shame
One ⭐ or 💩 nominates a message. Separate channels for each Hall, one post per message, live counters, and a stored copy that survives the original being deleted.
Community tools
Suggestions, polls, giveaways, reminders, invite tracking, temporary voice rooms, sticky roles, custom embeds, birthdays and more.
Economy and progression
Play credits, banking, levels with role rewards, reputation and achievements. Credits have no monetary value.
